My Pathway & Pluggas
A Women’s Calling
In collaboration with Pluggas from Australia, we created a short documentary about a pair of Indigenous women from Doomadgee who are finding their sense of purpose by supporting underprivileged women in Papua New Guinea.
The film follows the women as they travel from Doomadgee, Australia to Mabaduan, Papua New Guinea to bring the feminine hygiene products they made by hand.
The project was funded by My Pathway, who is Australia’s largest community development program contractor - in partnership with the national government - My Pathway works with communities to provide education, training, employment and enterprise development opportunities in remote and rural regions
